Conditions Treated

Pain relief for damaged and strained joints and muscles by a highly experienced Nottingham physiotherapist.

Below is a list of some of the conditions treated at the Clinic. A skilled Physiotherapist can improve and ease most aches and pains.

  • Back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Whiplash
  • Sciatica
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Tennis elbow
  • Groin strains
  • Work related and repetitive strain injuries
  • Sports injuries, such as muscle pulls and tears
  • Muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and nerve injuries

This list is not exhaustive, and gives an example of some of the conditions that will benefit from physiotherapy.

The most common conditions treated at the Clinic are back and neck problems and whether the problem is caused by a specific injury or wear and tear, and I have many years experience at treating such complaints.

With my specific 'hands-on' approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation, you will not leave my Clinic having had only ultrasound or been given just exercises. You will have had your achy muscles massaged, your tense muscles stretched, your stiff joints mobilised and Manipulated, your posture corrected, have been given exercises to do, and much much more.

I often hear from new patients that they have, in the past, missed the deep tissue massage bit they find so beneficial for their tense and painful muscles. Yes - I use a lot of deep tissue massage in my treatments.

I am a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy www.csp.org.uk and registered with The Health Professions Council www.hpc-uk.org That means I am recognised by the NHS and all major Insurance Companies.

The appointments are 40 minutes long, and although your first visit will be assessment of your particular condition, you will also receive treatment. Fees are £48 for consultations and £45 for follow-up treatments.
